KEGA Fusion can play Sega CD games, and I believe that other emulators will as well. As for the downloads, you need to look for CD images, either ISOs or BIN/CUE files. Some emulators can load an image directly, others require a CD in the drive, which you can simulate using an image mounting tool such as Daemon Tools.

You should join this torrent tracker:

http://www.pleasuredome.org.uk/

Its a UK site, you have to keep a 1:1 ratio however, so you'll need to build up your "credit" by seeding a free torrent. There are plenty.

They have the best set of Sega CD images that I know of.

Gens also plays Sega CD games. It even runs in Linux.

Pleasuredome and UG bot have great sets of Sega CD images. UG is friendlier, but harder to get your ratio up unless you wait for a golden torrent weekend. Pleasuredome has free torrents so you can get credit more easily, but the staff can occasionally be dicks. Either one is good.

I too, can vouch for Kega Fusion. Great emulator. Plays near everything perfectly. Pity it's Windows only.
