I do go back and replay Final Fantasy 6 and Half-Life from time to time, and I will return to Team Fortress Classic and practice concing every few months, though it's been a while since I did that last one. The last time I beat Half-Life was in October.

Mega Man 4: Without a doubt, I am better at this than any other game I own, and it's comforting to be reminded that you're awesome at something.

SimCopter: There's something therapeutic about building a magnificent city with the SimCity Urban Renewal Kit and then flying over it to take the beauty of what you've created, or possibly blowing it apart with an Apache helicopter.

Jedi Knight II and III multiplayer; Star Trek: Voyager: Elite Force multiplayer; Master of Orion II single player: At the right difficutly setting, with the right options, you're always a winner.

'Doom' for the XBLA. One of the best games ever, I just run around wastin fools from the begining wheneva I just need something to do.

'Capcom Vs Snk 2' for PS2. Pick Bison and again begin to lay the place on super hard just to relax.

'Donkey Kong Classics' for the NES. Enjoy just trying to beat my own score

'Sonic The Hedgehog 3' for genesis.

And Bomberman because it's bomberman, can't go wrong.

'Super Mario World' for SNES. Best Mario EVER!

I think I have one for mostly every system but just enjoy these the most.

light gun games. Any and all.

Super relaxing. You don't have to problem solve or think about anything. Just point and shoot at anything that moves.

Street Fighter II games. Back when this was in the arcades, I had a reputation in my neighborhood for being unbeatable. Years later, this game still feels like second nature to me and I can sit down, zone out, and play on instinct.

Super C, Contra III, or Contra Shattered Soldier. The 2D run n gun style just takes me back to being a kid and playing my NES. Simpler times.

Cybernator. I always liked how well this game utilized every last button on the SNES. I've played through this countless times.

Wave Race 64. I still love how the physics work on this game. One of my favorite racers of all time. I just wish the announcer wasn't so obnoxious.

Star Fox 64. This game has just the right challenge level for a comfort game. It's not so easy that it's boring, but not so hard that I get frustrated.

Punch Out and Super Punch Out. Classics. nuff said.

Katamari Damacy and We <3 Katamari. Perhaps the only game that has made devastating a city such a relaxing and comically enjoyable experience.

Zone of the Enders 1 & 2. Kind of like cybernator for me in that I really love the controls. There are so many things you can do with your orbital frame and it all controls so smoothly and naturally. I come back to these games again and again.

Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved. I can always sneak a quick 5 minute game in whenever I'm waiting somewhere and I have my laptop. I love the instant gratification this game offers.

I like Cybernator, I'm just not very good at it yet. That second level kicks my butt mercilessly.

For me it's Super Metroid. I can blow through in a couple of hours and every time I watch a speed run I learn a new trick (though half of them I can't pull off).
