Neo Geo Pocket to Dreamcast link?

Ok, so I just bought my Dreamcast to Neo Geo Pocket Color link cable so now I was wondering if anyone has a complete list of all the games that made use of this link and exactly what you gained from the upload/dowload process? Also since I'm completely new to the NGPC I'd like to hear some user feedback from other owners about what games you guys think are truly worth the time and money to collect and enjoy.

How much did you pay for the cable? I hear it's quite rare.

I got it for about $24 after shipping off an ebay auction. Took me forever to find one listed as they tend to be listed wrong or without a full description. The one i got was mistakenly listed as a "Dreamcast link cable" as in the guy thought it was for hooking DC to DC.
