Is there anywhere we could request a PSX game translation?

I know this is a long shot, but I figured I'd try anyways. Does anyone know a place where we can request a fan translation.

I'd like to see if there was any interest in seeing the game "The Adventures of Little Ralph" translated.

Translating a game is a huge undertaking, so requests are ignored by all groups pretty much universally. Beggers cant be choosers. Now if you want to fund a translation team, that might work, lol.
