I am tired of being sick

Post by The Apprentice »

Today I woke up congested, I had a sore throat, and I had small keytones (Diabetes related) and I had to take a day off from school. I don't know what it is, maybe it's the crowdedness of my new high school, but this is my fifth cold this school year. I've never been so sick so often. It's really annoying because finals are coming up and I have a sink or swim grade I have to turn in for career research of all classes, and I have a massive project me english teacher had the nerve to assign just six days before the exam.

Anyone else suffering from cronic cold?

They've been really bad this year. I had one, my mom had one, a bunch of people at work had one. It got people to look at me funny because of this whole swine flu debacle.

Ive been sick but I blame it squarely on the bathrooms at work flooding often. But I cant resist the a chance to use one of my favorite quotes on the subject "Im sick and tired of being sick and tired"

I'm rarely sick. It's probably a combination of eating a lot, and not coming in contact with many people. I went for like 12 years without puking once.

On the other hand, I have mild allergies year round, so I never feel completely healthy.

I've been sick like half of this year. No kidding.

I was sick about 5 times over the winter stretch. I'm in contact with a lot of people though in a enclosed environment, but I'm usually the one who avoids catching anything. Oh well, at least I'm building up some antibodies.

One day I just got tired of being sick, so I stopped. Seriously. I get allergies now and then but I haven't been seriously sick or throwing up in over 3 years.
