Well thanks guys for all the help. My final lineup looks like this:

+ Grandia II
+ Gauntlet Legends
+ Shenmue
+ Sonic Adventure
+ Sonic Adventure 2
+ Street Fighter 3: Third Strike
+ Bomberman Online
+ Worms Armageddon
+ Worms World Party
+ Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes
+ Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes
+ Elemental Gimmick Gear
+ Outtrigger
+ Rez
+ The Typing of the Dead
+ Seaman
+ Zombie Revenge
+ Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare
+ Conflict Zone: Modern War Strategy
+ Draconus: Cult of the Wyrm
+ Hidden & Dangerous
+ Omikron: The Nomad Soul
+ Record of Lodoss War: Advent of Cardice
+ Seventh Cross: Evolution
+ Silver
+ Phantasy Star Online
+ Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
+ Jet Set Radio

I took Shenmue II and Ikaruga off of the list because according to Wikipedia they haven't had English releases on the Dreamcast. I can easily grab Ikaruga for my GameCube though and Shenmue II for XBox, so it's all OK!

Once again, thanks!

Shenmue II had a European release, but not a North American one. I dunno if this is any use to you though.

Anyway, enjoy I hope you enjoy your Dreamcast when you get it :)

Shenmue euro release does play in english. Ikaruga is mostly english because its an arcade game. Don't really need much else other than press start. Interestingly enough the voice during the menus is in english.

Yeah, The Euro version of Shenmue II has Japanese dialogue with English subtitles (which is funny since the game takes place in China). I actually loved it that way, though. But as soon as they ported it over to the Xbox with the awful English dubs (and no option to change it back)...it didn't ruin the game by any means but it isn't nearly as cool. Though some nice things about the Xbox version. It had much less slowdown, a nifty snapshot / filter mode, and more quicksave slots. The nighttime glow effects were interesting but I'm not sure I'd prefer it over the regular lighting of the DC one; they kind of got carried away with it. Anyway, play through Shenmue first and depending on how much you love that one, get Shenmue II later.

Agreed.

Games like SF:3, SFA:3, Project Justice, KOF:98, MVC, MVC:2, Cap. Vs. SNK, and Mark of The Wolves instantly tell me that the DC has a fighter lineup superior to any modern console, or at the very least on an equal level.
My Consoles:
Genesis - Nomad - SegaCD - GameGear - Sega Saturn - Dreamcast - NES - SNES - N64 - Gamecube - Wii - Playstation - PSone & LCD - PS2 - PS3 - Xbox - 3DS

All except for the port of Alpha 3 which was better on the Saturn.

I got the right to defend myself
I meant when Tekken 6 exist and SF4 exist,
Maybe the dreamcast fighting games is not the thing you want. Plus I believe Stuff on VC and backward compatible ps3's and xboxes can do a lot of fighting games with better graphics
