Re: Who saw this weeks Breaking Bad?
Heisenberg is about to wreak shit.
Re: Who saw this weeks Breaking Bad?
I will be watching our DVR recording of it tonight, so obviously I didn't read any of this thread.
Cant wait to watch and come back to discuss though!

Saw it. This show has quickly worked its way up to being my favorite show on tv. Along with the office and fringe. I started watching at the episode with tuco (sp?) and the old guy with the bell. How many episodes were there in season 2 before that? I need to get S1 on dvd too. . .

And by the way, this week's episode was the best of the season, in my opinion. Even better than the seventh, which cracked me up with those Mexican dudes singing the Heisenberg song ("Negro y Azul").
Re: Who saw this weeks Breaking Bad?
The mexican "Corrido" in the beginning of that 7th episode was an awesome way to bring us up to date on what was happening with the cartel. I learned about the Corrido culture on an episode of the shield where Vic was trying to get one of the song writers to give up info related to one of the crimes he had written about. Its because of creative and unique moves like this that Breaking Bad is the most amazing show on television right now. (one of the best ever)
I thought this weeks episode was no where even near the best yet, however. It seemed to be rather "filler" in my opinion, with only a few peak moments of the grit. I do like where they are going with "Heisenberge" really pulling to take over when faced with possible extinction.(when Walt decides he's done with the business in light of his recovery) It was right after that conversation that Heisenberge comes out at that party, almost just to let Walt know that he's not going anywhere!
It was a good episode... I just prefer the more crime-related episodes.
