Got a mostly working original Gameboy with Tetris today for $10. I'm buying a Master System and a few games from a friend tomorrow for $60. Yay games!

Terrific... also, I live in NA, where things like Shenmue 2 on Dreamcast don't compute. Sorry about that!Mod_Man_Extreme wrote:I work at GameStop so I know how to search the system, also I already own the Xbox port and should have indicated that I was talking about the Dreamcast version.HellHammer wrote:Gamestop has been emptying out Xbox games. I've been looking for a copy in my area for a while only to get screwed by a friend who bought it out from under me at FYE a year or so ago for $15.
Check in store availability HERE
Anyway, I went to a swap meet this weekend and picked up Intelligent Qube for $5. And my awesome friend emptied his storage and gave me Metal Gear 1&2 for NES! I've never played them before, but they seem cool.

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
I spent about an hour tryin' to find a new Play n' Trade store that recently opened up near me, and finally found the basturd. They had a pretty decent retro collection, and the store owner had his own collection in a glass case for all to see. I managed to walk out with Mortal Kombat 2 and Sonic 3 for the Genesis, Street Fighter 2 and TMNT 4 for the SNES, and Double Dragon and Hogan's Alley for the NES, and Sonic Advanced 3 for the GBA for about $30, so got 7 games for less than $5 each
Intellivision, Atari 2600, Jaguar, NES, SNES, N64, GC, Wii, Sega Master System, Genesis, 32x, CD, Saturn, DC, PSOne, PS2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox 360, GB, Game Gear, Sega Nomad, Virtual Boy, GBA, DS, PSP.

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
Record exchange near me, over the last few weeks I have scored about 40 PS2 games at a buck each. Some have no boxes or manuals, some of the better titles are a litlle beat but they all play and you cant beat a buck. Best find was FFX in metal box for a buck, it was missing the bonus disc, I said so what, great find for me!

It's REALLY weird to see 2600 and NES games on a store shelf again.

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
I was called this morning about if I wanted this a N64 game storage device for $2 from Goodwill. Which is funny since the night before I found two RPG books the at the same Goodwill. Ill add a picture if it is noteworthy.
