I don't believe you get a horn but here is a FAQ that I downloaded when I first got the game:

It runs through a list of offences. What does exp. actually do by the way? Do you know?

Also, I have made a custom DVD-size cover for this game which I will share once it's finished. No idea how to re-size it to the correct size though. Here's a sneak peek:

Talk with the guys over at The Cover Project. They can help you get that cover to the proper dimensions.
