Anybody else suffer from "chicken legs"
I'm one of them. You know, those people with the overly skinny legs? I hate how people always seem to want to point that out. I ran in track, whoopdy doo im fit and have skinny legs. why is that a big deal for some people? Anybody else have this problem?
Older. Not wiser.

Re: Anybody else suffer from "chicken legs"
That's always been my theory as well. That, and I rode my bike every day during the puberty years, which is nothing but a leg workout while you sit on your ass.superlarz wrote:I'm pretty fat uptop but my legs have bulging muscles and are very well defined. If you want to add some bulk to your legs, hit the full squats, heavy weight, low rep. Add some deadlifts in the mix every few weeks, in the same manor.
And eat more.
I have skinny legs too but they better than they used to be.
The biggest thing is going to be genuinely not giving a shit if people think your legs are too skinny. This only comes with time, experience, and the realization that in general, people are garbage.

Re: Anybody else suffer from "chicken legs"
Skinny legged man here as well! Boy do I love my thin legs... when I dress drag all i gotta do is shave and I pass of easy as a tight pie!
I have noticed it is something people point out a lot though. Constantly remarking on my skinny legs. But then again this is probably because a skinny legged man usually is proportioned a certain way where that is the aesthetic part of them that stands out the most. If it were a fat man he'd probably say people like to point out weight more... it's relative.
I boil it down to everyone is going to not like something aesthetic about you. And better it my legs... cause I really don't care what you think of my legs. Are your big burly legs doing something my little legs can't??? I don't think so. And don't say your legs can lift more weight, that's conjecture. I've lifted up the back end of a Mercedes-Benz S-class and turned it 45 degrees so it wasn't bottomed out on the ramp anymore. So I think my legs be strong enough.
CLUCK CLUCK GO MY LEGS!
