I'm also experimenting with dialing down the Cloudflare challenges -- especially for those in the US, Canada, and the UK. I can gradually add more countries to the "approved list" if CPU/RAM levels stay respectable. So if you have requests, please let me know here.

Hopefully I won't have to keep getting logged out, only to have to log back in and then get logged out whenever I try to check my posts to see if anyone's responded.

I know it keeps getting brought up, but is it possible to get video embedding in the future? I get that it'd make things much harder to load, but it'd also make it easier to show folks stuff we might find. Maybe if there was a way to make it less taxing, especially on pages with lots of posts with embedded videos, but without hiding each video in something like the spoiler tab. But that'd probably have to be something that'd have to be done on the video's host site's side.

In my defense, I don't know what other forums use. It'd definitely have to be at best a trial run situation, both because it's a new feature and because folks might spam an entire channel's worth of videos on one page. And I don't know if it's possible, but we'd definitely need to make it something not everyone can use the media tag (i.e. everyone below a certain rank). At the most, there'd have to be STEEP consequences for media tag abuse.

Well we're running phpbb and this is an officially supported plugin for the purpose, so kinda the best bet that I can see for our use.
I was just curious if it looks like it will address your goals.
