One of the worst games on the system, just truly awful.

Re: www.classic-games.net
Sherlock Holmes for TG-16 is also notably difficult to emulate well. A CD drive that slow on a system that old can't really stream data very well, so a lot was geared around timing everything perfectly to the CD drive and hardware, and emulators tend to really gloss over some of those precise timing issues. Still, I really appreciate this review and how it distinguishes between the "typical" FMV games that came later and this earlier FMV game which really is more like the typical investigative adventure games that existed prior, just with FMV added in to really enhance the experience. I know there was a sequel to SHCD released which included the console platforms and a second sequel just for PCs. There was also a Japanese murder mystery game called J.B. Harold Murder Club which, while lacking FMV, did have recorded audio and digitized photographs on the TG-CD version (which was localized for the US). There is also a J.B. Harold Murder Club Blue Chicago Blues game for LaserActive using the PC-Engine/TG PAC LD-ROM format which has FMV.
