opa, I just want to say thanks again for recommending the VLC app. This has been a game changer for me! I'm now enjoying listening to music on my phone again completely ad free, and without the frustration of music cutting off while wifi is out on public transportation. It's been awesome.

Glad you're enjoying it! I initially discovered it back when I had an iPhone and got fed up with iTunes (various issues). I always use VLC on a computer so I was surprised to learn of an app. Haven't looked back since.
