X-Men TAS DVD Release

Post by Mod_Man_Extreme »

So I'm surfing the interwebz and what do I see other than one of the freaking coolest shows I used to watch as a kid is finally getting a DVD release.

So, anybody here planning on getting it?

Also look at how much better those pesky Japanese had it:

I'mn also loving the fact that Marvel isn't doing any marketing for it, even though a new X-Men movie just came out, and people are getting into comic book/graphic novel mood agaon.

They might have had the better intro graphics, but our song was way cooler.

The Japanese intro is way better in both terms of animation and sound.

Yep, found about it just the other day--got both volumes on the way. I just hope that they release all the volumes for the rest of the episodes; I was left wanting with the non-existent Garoyles season 2 volume 2.

I dunno our intro was more of a "We take ourselves seriously/We're gonna save the universe" type deal. While the Japanese one was more like "We're the goddamn X-Men so move chump!/Juggernaut Bitch!/Wolverine Vs Sentinel" styled affair.
