What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Are you talking about his adaptation of "The Pilgrim's Progress?" Given that the source material is a rather-long 17th century novel that seems like an odd take, but I haven't seen it.
No, I'm talking about "Strawinsky and the Mysterious House". I heard about it in a Phantom Strider video about best and worst book-based animated movies.

I think Saberspark did a video on that one. For the most part if they aren't on YouTube or Dailymotion, they can be streamed off Archive.org.

Huh.

It's listed on his IMDB page, but it looks like Scott Cawthon did not actually work on this. It looks like Cawthon inspired the guy who made it and let him distribute his "The Pilgrim's Progress" movie.

I am basing this on what it written on the official Strawinsky website (below) and this:

If you don't like working for "the man", become "the man."

:D REALLY getting started into my Christmas shopping. After getting my vacation, sick and holiday pay added to my most recent paycheck (it would have all expired by the end of the month if I didn't use it), I began a few jags. For the twins, I scored some NERF guns and a good number of DC animated movies and those WWE crossover animated movies (two Scooby-Doo ones, as well as a Jetsons one and a Flintstones one) and some graphic novels (Justice League/Power Rangers, MMPR/TMNT Vol 2, Batman/TMNT Vols 1-2). For the girls I scored a ton of horror DVDs from a sale GRUV did last month and I also ordered the first two Hack/Slash omnibuses and some coming-of-age movies (Clueless, Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink and Sixteen Candles). I also ordered some books and a Cat in the Hat board game for the toddlers, as well as a few cookbooks for Betty's kids and Veronica's kids (Binging with Babish, Feast of Fiction and Nerdy Nummies).

I also ordered some new shoes for me for when my current shoes start to fall apart (right now they're slightly-ratty), put $100 on my electric account even though it was already at $90something and prepaid my upcoming internet bill.

:D And I can't remember if I mentioned it but so far it's looking like I'll be able to host a movie night this upcoming Friday.

Physical copies are all sold out, but it's not too late to get your nieces and nephews a digital download of the film they really need.
