Ys III: Wanderer's from Ys

A solid game that is divisive and probably the best of the 16-bit conversions.

I prefer the TG-CD version, despite the choppy scrolling, but I think every 16-bit port has something to recommend it. They're all so different in interesting ways, and they all have great and unique takes on the soundtrack.

A good version of Ys III that could have been the best.

Ys III: Wanderer's from Ys (famicom)

A solid version of the game, it helps that it was so simple to begin with. Of course the 16-bit versions are better but this one was for curiosity on my part.

Another good version of the game and the only one with an accurate localization.

Appreciate the breakdown between the different versions of Ys III. I'm currently playing through Ys Book I & II (TCD) and interested in checking out the next game.

I might give the Turbo CD version a go when the time comes, simply for the soundtrack, as I'm loving the soundtrack in the first game.

Excellent, excellent game and one that I wished released in the US even back in the day. One of the best RPGs for the system.

A slightly above average adventure that had the potential to be more.
