As I've said before, baking a cake with cake mix and soda in lieu of the wet ingredients has been around for decades.
Personally a part of me considered making a cake with a box of lemon and a box of strawberry cake mixes combined for a strawberry lemonade kind of deal.
And are we going to just ignore the fact that I (possibly) showed an 11- and 12-year-old their first R-rated movie? As opposed to two years ago when one of Paulina's other uncles took her to see Halloween Kills. Probably didn't even show her the other films or at least the '78 and '18 films first so she'd understand enough of the lore to not be lost.
Oh, and I'm getting a PS5 this Saturday. I'm off from my morning job so I'll be at the house when it comes. And then I can set it up before work and have it ready to play when I get home. And with Paypal's Pay in 4 I'm just three payments of roughly $135 every two weeks from being paid up.
Now you can chew me out for THAT! I'm too excited to have any fucks to give.

You’re right! They’re doing it at all of the finest restaurants.REPO Man wrote:AND made it more moist. I think it's the carbonation.
Though I keep forgetting that you don't need the eggs or oil if you use soda.
Also it's supposed to be 12oz per box of mix but I only used 8oz, literally a 1:1 substitution.
Plus, adding soda to cake mix has been around for decades.

Aspic loaves were around for ages, too.

Back from my first work expo (night 1). Got away too high (it's a smoke expo) and had to keep working through it. Grumpy and tired and a little drunk. My boss went around introducing me as the new Texas Marketing Manager which was news to me... youngest in the company and I'm in charge of a whole state now. i was already unofficially in chargebut I'm apparently moving up fr now.
repo gain some fucking self awareness ███████████████████████████████████████████. fuck. i genuinely want to see you in new york and I think so does everyone on here even if we talk some shit bro. I was being 100% serious with that bet hoping I'd have to give yousome money but I'm clearly holding onto that shit. if you'd just be responsible with your money you'd be able to make it out of there so fast. I had to have my parents pay part of my $625 rent this time last year because I was so poor I couldn't afford it and nos I have 10k in the bank and an investment collectible worth another 10.
that pay in 4 payment isn't 4 easy payments it's your grocery bill + internet for the month in nyc

Yes, we know you're the inappropriate, creepy uncle and your food preferences are slumming in the 50s. You're not going to find "your people" in NYC if you keep that shit up.
Re: What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?
If being compared to a homophobic racist who transitioned to score with lesbians and abused their mother didn't cross the line, and it did in spades, then being called an inappropriate, creepy uncle certainly would.

What on earth are you going on about?REPO Man wrote:If being compared to a homophobic racist who transitioned to score with lesbians and abused their mother didn't cross the line, and it did in spades, then being called an inappropriate, creepy uncle certainly would.
To be clear, racist, homophobic, transphobic posts and language are not permitted here. I also don't see it being used here, so I have no idea what this is about.
Re: What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?
I was compared to a noted lolcow with a history of being homophobic and espousing racist preferences towards potential partners. I won't continue but the story of Chris Chan is fucked up.
Re: What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?
Let's not have any more references to Chris Chan (or to lolcows in general, since that phenomenon is also incredibly offensive).
