I think RRR is gonna be my favorite movie of 2022. Certainly my favorite foreign film at least. Everybody should go see it.

Check out Bruce Willis on IMDB and surprisingly he is doing too many 3.something/10 movies lately. Why would a guy who was like a global star tarnish his career with such movies? I am going to guess he is in a debt crisis like Nicholas Cage

He's got aphasia which hurts his ability to remember and deliver lines. I mean, he wasn't Academy Award-level to begin with, but the aphasia has really limited his ability to take on good dramatic roles.

Yea apparently he needed an ear piece of tell him lines because he had trouble with those. I'm guessing he just wanted to make as much money as possible in a few years before the aphasia won so he and his family can live comfortably despite that, and unfortunately that ended up happening recently.

That sounds like a responsible approach. Do what you can do while you can do it because once it's gone there's probably no going back. I mean, I could still see him doing cameos in things, but his action and drama days are pretty much over.

There is also speculation that his agent makes money off of whatever films he appears in and so was putting him in all manner of bad action movies simply to receive a paycheck since Willis' deteriorating health kept him from saying no and being selective.

Bruce should be rich in the tens of millions of dollars, so no reason to take more jobs to secure his family unless his idea is to grab as much as he could. Its his choice, but if I was him I would rather not destroy my career with a string of bad movies. I do not want to be remembered as the washed up actor.

Another possibility is that he just really enjoyed making movies, knew his time was short, and so wanted to make as many as he could while he still could. These films aren't going to harm his legacy. He's known as the guy with the teflon smirk, because people remember his good movies but his bad ones don't seem to really hurt his reputation.

Agree.

Not like tons of people are going out to see the bad ones. Are people going to stop watching Die Hard on Christmas because he was in a cruddy alien body-stealers movie? Hell no. And he's not hurting his future marketability, because at this point he's probably only really able to do brief cameos anyway.
