Nice pick-ups with Golden Sun and Batman, Markies! Golden Sun is one of my favorite games, I had a blast playing through it around the time of it's release but haven't revisited it since. I've been meaning to play through the GBA sequel and revisit the original.
I also enjoyed the Sunsoft Batman games and heard the GB one was good too. I only have the Genesis one, and admittedly I'm not so great at it, as I've not beaten it yet. The furthest I've come is getting to the last level. Hopefully I can finish it later this year!

Nice! Rent-a-Hero is a classic. Also, weren’t the Famicom and FDS games recently translated?

Correct!
The team behind Idol Hotline (the "girl on phone" game) is actually pretty wild. Yoshio Sakamoto, Hironobu Sakaguchi, Takashi Tokita, Toshiaki Imai, and Nobuo Uematsu. It was like a Nintendo/Squaresoft joint venture. (Still it's kinda goofy and not really that awesome lol)

August update:
August:
Mushihimesama Switch
The King of Fighters '97 Neo Geo MVS
Samurai Shodown II Neo Geo MVS
Metal Slug 2 Neo Geo MVS
There Is No Game: Wrong Dimension Switch
Metal Slug Neo Geo MVS
Real Bout Fatal Fury Neo Geo MVS
Puzzle Bobble Neo Geo MVS
Spin Master Neo Geo MVS
Neo Turf Masters Neo Geo MVS
Shock Troopers Neo Geo MVS
161 in 1 Bootleg cartridge Neo Geo MVS
Neo Geo MV1C arcade board
Neo Geo AES arcade stick x 2
Neo Geo CD controller
Neo Geo MVS consolizer kit
Pokemon Pinball Mini Pokemon Mini
Got quite a lot this month. 2 games arrived from various limited run orders I made in the past, but the more exciting pick ups were my first foray into the Neo Geo. I've got all the stuff to make a consolised MVS (still waiting on the 3D printed shell to assemble it all together in to arrive though!) plus a bunch of games to try out once I've done that. All the parts so far are tested and working, so looking forward to finally putting it together and playing it properly!
I also picked up my final PAL region game needed for the Pokemon Mini this month, so I've completed 100% of the European library for the system - all 5 games

Awesome pick-ups, AJ and Bone!
AJ, that's awesome you're diving into the Neo Geo -- something I'd also like to do eventually. When I was young, I had a lot of fun playing Neo Geo stuff through emulation.
Bone, what's the Famicom game and the Disk System game to the left of it?

I keep saying it, but I need to start labeling my pics better.

The games are Nakayama Miho no Tokimeki High School and Erika to Satoru no Yume Bouken. Two old Japanese adventure games.
Re: Games Acquired 2022
Lol, thanks for sharing the titles of those import games, Bone! I'm not familiar with many imports for these consoles, so I have to ask if the titles aren't mentioned.
The cover and label art for Erika to Satoru no Yume Bouken is nice, looks really good IMO.

2022 Pick-ups:

Just wanted to share my August August pick-ups!
Two Crude Dudes (GEN) - This was a bit of curiosity pick-up for me, as I had played this game through emulation but never ran into it in arcades back when it was released. It's a bit different than the standard beat 'em up, as you're on a strictly 2D plane, similar to Ninja Warriors. I'm enjoying the dark vibe of the game and the soundtrack!
Quackshot (GEN) - After finishing World of Illusion last year and playing a good amount of Castle of Illusion, I wanted to also see what Quackshot, another Sega developed platformer for Disney has to offer on the console. It seems like the game has some unique mechanics and it has some nice graphics for it's time too. Will be fun to put some more into this one!
Lufia & the Fortress of Doom (SNES) - When I was young, I actually bought Lufia 2 on a whim, just because I thought the cover art looked good. That was one of the best games I ever picked out randomly! At that age, I had a bit of a tough time with some of the dungeon puzzles, but I enjoyed the graphics and gameplay and put a lot of hours into it. All these years later, I still had never played the first game in the series, so I'm really happy to finally have this one as well.
Knights of the Round (SNES) - This is another game I used to see advertisements for reading through gaming magazines in the 90's, but I never managed to come across it in an arcade or try it out at a friend's place. I finally ended up trying it through emulation and enjoyed what I had played. However, as a Capcom fan and beat 'em up fan, I was looking for a physical copy for quite a long time. This just seemed to be one of those games that avoided me, until I finally came across the cart this summer. I think my partner and I will have a blast playing this co-op. And for me, it'll be fun to compare it to the arcade version I played on the Switch a few months back and to compare it to King of Dragons on the SNES, which I also really enjoy.
Tetris Attack (SNES) - This is another game that was a curiosity for me, as I had not played this one back in the day or have any friends or relatives that owned it. However, I had not purchased any puzzle games in quite some time and had heard good things about this title. It was pretty cheap, so I figured I'd go for it. I really like the mechanics in this game and it's super colorful. The gameplay definitely hooked me, and when I went to test the cart, I found myself playing for an hour or so. I need to practice this to get through some of the later levels, but overall I'm glad to add a puzzle title to my stash of games, as I don't have too many.
Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber (N64) - One of my collecting goals is to track down the few 2D sprite based games for the N64, and the few good RPGs that were released on the system. I had passed up on this title a few times in the past few years, but when I went in to a local game store to get a disc repaired and I saw it available, I decided to go for it. I played through the tutorial, which is quite extensive, to get a feel for the game. As I began playing, I found the menu system to be a bit overwhelming, but the next thing I knew, an hour had passed, and I managed to get through the tutorial. I can imagine this game being quite addictive, and am excited to give it a go. This series is new to me, so I'm glad to add a different strategy RPG to the mix.
