I did a commercial shoot a little over a week ago where I worked alongside some folks from Alaska. Their stories of moose encounters were terrifying.

She needs to spend more time in her home state!

Setting up a "self-improvement" regiment the past few weeks but I'm realizing that it might be way too aggressive and might stem from too much self-hatred. For starts, two tattoo sessions within one week this week, overworking myself with my job so I can afford said sessions, and after my body is mostly covered I'm getting piercings, losing 65 pounds of fat and then bulking back up a bit.

Actually thinking about it, could I be having my slightly younger mid-life crisis

You're a little late for a quarter life crisis, but this is exactly what it means to be in your 30s.

If you are actually serious about this part then I would not suggest this approach, unless your "bulking back up" approach is to get fat again. I'm not saying that you're setting yourself up for failure-- I honestly don't know what you specifically mean by "bulking."

You will likely have a better outcome if you go ahead and start strength training and attempting to build muscle now while you are already carrying ample energy stores. Strength training will only help with your weight loss. There's no reason to wait, and if you're coming from a place of being completely detrained you can pull it off without the assistance of PEDs.

Thanks so much for the advice. The internet is the worst in regards to this with inconsistencies lol. This seems a lot more logical to me. I did do some lighter workouts (workout mode in ring fit as opposed to adventure mode) before, but I realized with me being in the middle of a big tattoo that I had to take a few days off every 2-3 weeks for it to start the healing process. It really out a hindrance on it and made it inconsistent. This is why I'm trying to get all my tattooing done first.

Unless the better approach would be to workout and just walk or something during those first few healing days every time it happens?
