If I could take a PC, something along the lines of Diablo 2 (it's aging, but its an excellent example of replayable) might be a good idea. Other deep RPGs like Morrowind (humm, maybe Oblivion then, but I haven't played it yet so I don't know how much I'd like it) where you can do a lot of stuff in a lot of different "classes" have great replay value.
As it's consoles, maybe a good pinball game in a good console (are there any good modern ones). Pinball games are eminently replayable. It is a tough question to answer without thinking a lot about it. Games that have good amount of "randomness" to keep them fresh coupled with a good scoring system can substitute the pinball.
Well seeing as the PC is apparently ok. I'd take a PC and (don't kill me) World of Warcraft. All my friends play it, and I would still have barely decent contact with civilzation

remember he said one system and ONE GAME. Yeah the GP2X, Dreamcast, XBOX, PCs and several other hardware play emulators... but an emulator is useless with out games!
No they're roms!
The reason I said this was cuz I'm thinkin' he said one game, as in one cart, on disc, etc, but he never said you couldn't put stuff on a HDD. And considering the circumstances are unknown, such a situation could easily happen. He really wasn't imposing any rules on it...
geez, in all this argument about whether or not emulators with roms are considered one game or not, no one has mentioned games WITH ESCAPE PLANS to get off the island! dino crisis anyone?
