I noticed over the weekend that Ziggy is now a Moderator!

Congratulations!

I'm happy and proud to see this forum flourish with new members joining and people still discussing Retro Games!

 Looks like Florida's west coast is about to get smashed by Hurricane Elsa.

And it's projected to weaken into a tropical storm and hit Hatteras Island Thursday afternoon.

Congrats! I had pfizer for both doses and am freaking out a bit since apparently it is only 64% effective against the delta variant.

So far it's just like last time, with the spot where I got the shot being really sore, especially when I stretch my arm. Bought some ibuprofen, but they only had the PM varieties so I'm pretty much waiting until bed to take it.

But in three weeks I'll be able to not need to wear my mask at Food Lion.

Other studies suggest it is more effective. There are a lot of data points, but even in that study the Pfizer vaccine was very effective at keeping people out of the hospital.

Here's an article that covers the studies done. The Israel study has numbers that are very much on the lower end compared to other studies.

Any chance you could past the data here? NYT has a paywall.
