But it's coming from From Software. It would be like telling id "we don't need more first person shooters".
Point taken

But From Software used to make other things. Now it's like they've pigeon holed themselves into Souls-Bourne games. I'd love to see something like another 3d Dot Game Heroes

Wait a minute, I may be wrong on that. It looks like From Software published 3d Dot Game Heroes. I could have sworn Pete Dorr did a video saying they made it

I was confused by this for a while too, but it is true that From Software only published 3D Dot Game Heroes.

That said, FromSoftware used to dabble in other genres. They made the Armored Core games, Otogi, Metal Wolf Chaos, and The Adventures of Cookie & Cream, among others. They also made a lot of great first-person ARPG dungeon crawlers, like King’s Field, Shadow Tower, and Eternal Ring. I am a little disappointed that Elden Ring is yet another “Souls-like” game, but maybe I can pretend it’s a spiritual sequel to Eternal Ring?

For real. If you don't like a certain genre or franchise, don't poop on someone's parade. There's no point in telling Call of Duty players they are wrong for liking Call of Duty and that they should feel bad for liking it. Just secretly look down on them like rest of us.

I remember seeing 3D Game Dot Heroes in EB Games for like $30 and thought it looked amazing, but never got around to getting it because my PS3 broke shortly after. Should have got it either way cause look at the price now

This is not the Darkstalkers announcement I was hoping for. https://www.destructoid.com/the-newest- ... ers-games/

C'mon Capcom, don't let me down on Monday!

My big brain Day 1 prediction is Mario + Rabbids 2 at the Ubisoft presentation today and Rayman will be announced as the next DLC character for Smash due to their partnership with Nintendo. Might have to wait until Tuesday for that announcement.

While I wasn't particularly hyped for any of the games, I loved Devolver Digital's tongue-in-cheek presentation. I laughed hard at their NFT parody in particular. Bravo.

They announced a new Mario + Rabbids title this morning. You’re predicting the future after it happened.
