Maybe actually. Could use cheap laptop internal cameras. Only problem is USB cable length. Any other dirt cheap way to acquire cameras?

Yea, I saw those, but can you run more than one? Laptop replacement/salvaged cams are not much more/free. Be cool to have a few of them. They are all USB though 
Wish I had one running when the police were here last year. Call was totally unrelated to me, or my apartment, but 3 of them just barged their way in my place anyways. After I told them they weren't welcome. None of them put it in their reports so my complaint went nowhere.
