Playing New Games VS Replaying Old Games
Anyone else find that they have time to replay games/keep playing their current game, but no time to start a "new" game? Like, it just needs that extra bit of time set aside, or you need to be in the right mood? I have literally 100s of games I haven't played yet, and keep kidding myself that I just don't have the time :/

Absolutely! These have been my exact thoughts for a while now. I constantly replay old games, some for the umpteenth time, but rarely do I start a new game. To start a new game, I feel like I need to be in the mood and also have a good chunk of time set aside.
New-old games (as in games that are old but new to me) are easier to start than new-new games (as in games that came out in the last 10 years). I feel like it takes a lot longer to get into new-new games. New-old games, on the other hand, are usually easier to just jump into.

I have played through Fire Emblem: Three Houses three times. I have games on my shelf that I bought back in college (I graduated in 2014) that I've never even put in the system.

To a fair extent, sure. I don't prioritize playing other games over MMOs, if accounts are active (almost entirely FFXI), though some do get squeezed in. Even other MMOs - recently caught up with the FFXIV main story quest, for instance, which I hadn't played since the initial ARR release. Still, it's usually limited more to games I have a particular interest in.
The relatively rare times I'm taking a break from those, however, I tend to just play through one or two games at a time. I've ended up replaying Souls games a bit doing that, but otherwise it's mostly new-to-me stuff.
I know the feeling of needing to be in a mood for particular games though. It just varies. I think based more on what I tend to actually finish than replay or not, though perhaps that ties into it. With a replay, you know what you're in for.

Re: Playing New Games VS Replaying Old Games
I try and keep a fair balance of both. I have certain games/franchises that I replay annually, but I always make time to play new games. Keep in mind, I define new games as a game I have not yet played. So earlier in the year when I played sin and punishment on wii for the first time I viewed that as me playing a new game.
I rarely play brand new games, but I do occasionally and am almost always disappointed in them, most of the new games I play are new retro style games which are usually a safe bet.
