The error code above means that the disc cannot be read. I tried to clean it and put it in Wii U. It still doesn't work. This is a FREE Super Smash Bros. for the Wii U. I got this from GameStop. I feel like I did everything I could and it still DOESN'T WORK !!!!!!
Any suggestions?

Does any game work in your Wiiu, or is it just the Smash disc?

Opening the system up seems a bit hasty. He never mentioned what condition it's in; could be totally scratched to hell.
I'd take it back to gamestop if you still can (provided the disc is in bad shape).
