Oh, yeah. I’ve played it. I actually achieved the rank of “Urban Champion” on the 3DS a few years ago and gained a new appreciation for the game. Even with that new appreciation, however, I still think the game sucks.
shouldn't videogames called computer games or electronic games? I can only see it called "video" game if it was a choose own story, FMV, or QTE like Dragon Lair.

Video just refers to a graphical display. Your video card on your computer isn't limited to generating FMV. The earliest video cards focused on text and still images.
I believe the term videogame was used to differentiate them from electro-mechanical arcade games; the term predates home video by several years. It's video because the game is just visuals on a screen.
That always makes me chuckle. "I got it on tape!" When people say that, I love to point it out. "Tape? You taped it? You have tape inside your phone!?" The thing is, that's what I would say, too. I don't even know what else to say. "I recorded video of it." That just sounds stupid.
Anyone remember when old people called nes games tapes? Nothing was better than going down to a local video rental store and renting some nes tapes to go with my VHS tapes
