Sega Rally Revo
I got this game from wal-mart on sale for $15.00 for the ps3. All I can say is I'm pretty sure i got my money's worth. The graphics don't show as much damage as i would like (at all for that matter) but it is awesome watching the terrain on the ground splash and get all over your car. I was just curious if anybody else has this game, as i am having some trouble trying to play it online. If i go and try to connect to an existing game, it says "no games found" so i go and create a game, but nobody joins the game i created. From most of the online games i've seen, they just kinda throw you into a room at random, and then you go into the game..... just wondering if I'm doing something wrong or not. any help is appreciated. I can play online but every player i play with it says "AI Player 1, AI Player 2" and so on.
Re: Sega Rally Revo
That game is pretty fun and very much like the classic sega rallies on DC and Saturn. The dirt does get all messed up and remembers the tracks your car left on the last lap.
As for your question, I don't know since I do Xbox live. My guess would be that PSN is garbage. (actually we already know that)

I really liked that game alot. It's the type of game that should cost $30 retail or be downloadable in the future. This game and Virtua Tennis 3 are both great Sega arcade style games this generation that just cost to much for what they are.

I'm not looking for one persons opinion as to which network is better between Xbox and Playstation, I picked the black box, you picked the green box, we are both happy. Just for once I would like to be able to discuss a game on the platform that I chose without being confronted about "my" network being better than "your" network, or the other way around. Its a gaming system either way, lets just leave it at that. AGREE TO DISAGREE!!nateup2 wrote:As for your question, I don't know since I do Xbox live. My guess would be that PSN is garbage. Back to the topic at hand...
It doesn't seem to be anything PSN wise, it seems more like its a game related issue. For what its worth, my psp does exactly the same thing on the same game.

It's possible that no one is playing. When I try to find ranked matches in SSF2THDR I get no games found, as a lot of people have switched over to SF4.

I thought that too at first, but after thinking about it though "out of all the people in the world, the has GOT to be at least one other person playing this game other than me", thats why i was wondering if i was doing something wrong.MrPopo wrote:It's possible that no one is playing. If I had a copy I'd go online and try to match up with you but alas no store in my area has a copy.

Re: Sega Rally Revo
That makes me wonder if it's just the states that this is happening in. What regions was the game released in, and does anybody in those regions have that version?
Re: Sega Rally Revo
Obviously, that is the topic at hand, genius. My guess was that PSN's inferior online system itself is the reason for your inability to get matched up for a game. I also have PSN (since everyone with a PS3 does), just don't waste my time with it too often.puke_face wrote:I'm not looking for one persons opinion as to which network is better between Xbox and Playstation, I picked the black box, you picked the green box, we are both happy.
