My wife and I just started playing a lan game and it is incredible how much you can do in the game, plus it never really ends.
That actually sounds pretty good. One thing I always wanted in the Sims was a lan option or some mulit-player aspect offline, I think that would be awesome. Harvest Moon Online might not be bad (I hope anyway).
There was actually a homebrew Harvest Moon online in the works. From what I could tell it was essentially just using the original HM sprites. In fact it migh have just been a mod. However, I don't think it evolved into much.
I'd love to see a full fledged HM online though. Anyway, if you check out The Guild 2 (I believe you can get it fairly cheap now) just make sure you patch it up. If you have any questions feel free to post, as I've already gone through the process of getting lan to run well.
I'd say watch a couple videos on YouTube first, but they are really good. I never thought I would want to play one, but after about five minutes of my girlfriend getting me to play one of the GC Harvest Mon's, I realized it was an awesome series.
On the subject of life sims, I'm now terribly afraid I'm going to have to do what I swore not to and buy a Wii; due in large part to Little King's Story. Does anyone else thinks this looks like amazing fun?
