Zeno Clash

Post by J T »

Anybody heard about this game? It's made by some team of game devolopers in Santiago, Chile. The graphics are really unique and it looks like it might have an interesting storyline. It's a first person shooter that appears to focus mostly on up close battles. Check it out. It comes out tomorrow on Steam and appears to only have a $15 dollar price tag. Could be a good find.

I've been so on the fence with this one. I'm just not sure. It could turn out to be extremely short with no replay, and not be worth the $15. It sure does look and sound nice though, especially for the source engine. I suggest you check out Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. It's also a source engine game, with first person melee like this.

Hello,

Preloading now... the game should be available at 11:00 PDT.

I live in Santiago, and there had been a couple of articles in the press regarding this chilean studio. I hope they sell a lot!

More news tomorrow.

Best regards

I watched the trailers on Game Trailers. Personally, I really love the design, but the mechanics will make or break this game. I just hope they get it right.

Looks cool, but as ACK said above it's all in the execution.

If somebody does get this game and plays it from start to finish I would also like to know if it's worth buying because the trailer has had me interested since it was first released (the trailer that is).

Talk to Raztat. He beat it in 3.5 hours. Take that for what you will.

Eugh. Don't think I'll bother paying £15 for 3.5 hour game...
