It's extremely uncomfotrable, the d-pad is unresponsive, and the turbo buttons are akward. I modified mine so my fingers could lay flat on the top, and the d-pad was raised slightly. The pad worked much better that way.

So in other words don't buy it unless you either want to workon it or you want hand cramps.

Turbo is nice, but the d-pad (or whatever it is) sucks. All it really is is a sliding piece of plastic set on top of a traditional 8-way input device below. It's not an analog input. I guess some people might like it, but it's not for me. If you want turbo, there are probably better ways to get it and still have a real d-pad.

They work well for a couple games, but overall, like the others said, they are rubbish.

lol thanks guys, guess it was too good to be true. were there any other good pads with turbo? I know the NES advantage is pretty awesome but I dont like playing platformers and such with an arcade stick.

I always felt like the best turbo solution for the NES was using the 4 player adapters built in turbo feature. Original controller + turbo + plus 4 player support = THE SHIT. I used to have some good times with the World Cup Soccer/Super Spike V-Ball 2 in 1 cart back in the day.

On another note my monitor just got a dead pixel. Im pissed.

I've got a couple of them and guess what?

I never use them. Uncomfortable and unresponsive are the 2 words that come to mind. :!:

I guess I'm the only one, but I like mine. It is a little weird, though.

I still mostly just use the standard original controller, though. I prefer it to the wishbone-style NES controllers that came with the top-loader.
