Tax Return Game Purchases?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Tax Return Game Purchases?

Post by andythebadass »

Is anyone else here on the board getting a tax return and going to be using part of it for some gaming goodness? I will be getting back a nice chunk of change so right now I am thinking about what I may want to possibly buy. The sealed Ikaruga for the dreamcast on the buy sell section has my eye right now. Anyone else got any purchasing plans?

I'm finally going to pick up Battle Garegga for the Saturn and a DSi with my tax return.

Tax return, sigh, not quite. I'll be paying the taxes on the non-tuition portions of my scholarship.

My return a few months ago was what led to me building my new Core i7 PC.

I was considering it until I discovered my summer course was going to cost me 2 grand. Now it's going to bills.

My taxes put a hole in my pocket just big enough to not buy the new Guilty Gear :(

I always try to owe at the end of the year so that I haven't made an interest-free loan to the government.

This year I'm getting $7 back federal, but owe plenty to the state.

Nitpick: The return is the documentation you send them. The refund is money they send you.

Awesome, I built one a few months back. Which i7 did you get?

I bought a SNES flash cart from ToToTEK.

Maybe it doesn't count because I paid for it before I did my taxes, but I've got a pre-ordered copy of Devil Summoner 2 coming my way in May. :)
