I actually would love to make a BOR mod, only with original graphics based on my own characters, like maybe Afro Lady: http://gagaman.blogspot.com/search/label/afro%20lady

I could draw all the frames on paper but I know I'd struggle on the pixel art part, and probably lose patience.

Well, there are a few mods that are completely original. The best one I have seen recently would be Escape From Cartoon Hell.

It's just a demo, and they did throw BBHood in for some variety, but from what I understand she's only temporary until they can make another original character to replace her.

Haha, oh wow that's rather surreal and my kind of cartoon era!

Yeah, I'd love to do something rather unlike anything else, maybe with crazy animation like Rakuga Kids:

I doubt I'll ever get around to it though! Wanna remake my animated website first!

Also, OpenBOR supports all kinds of resolutions now. (http://www.caskeys.com/arc/games/openbo ... reen_Modes)

Higher Screen Modes will allow for Guilty Gear X style graphics, with the highest Screen Modes in essence being the same res that SF2HD runs in. If I were to make a hand-drawn OpenBOR mod (It has crossed my mind), I'd definitely use one of these modes.
