A couple questions I would ask myself if I were you:
1. How much did I get for my system?
2. Is this stuff better than what I sold?
3. Why did I sell the Saturn anyway, and will I need to do the same with this one (i.e. drug or porn addiction)?

Depending on the answers to those questions you can then determine if that is in fact a good deal or not.

lol on point number three. $80 is a little more than I would want to pay. I think I got my Saturn for $40 some time around 03 or 04, I'm not sure if they went up in value or not. Also, I wouldn't really care for those games, but you might. If they're all games you would want, then go for it. Maybe you could ask the seller to take out some of the games you really wouldn't want and lower the price. Also you have to consider the price of games that you would want to buy for it.

I'd go for it. There are some good games in there, not to mention the sheer convenience of getting it all at once. Worst case scenario, you can sell it on eBay and make the money back quite easily, I think. If you subtract the cost of a console from $80, you'll probably be left with $50 - from there, you're getting 9 games, at least most of which are pretty damn good, and a couple of them being worth owning the console for. If you're interested in owning a Saturn, these opportunities don't come often.

I would say price is a little high.. The last time I checked I got a Saturn around $40-$50.. but it depends on if you like any of the games.. I would check out the games and see if you can lower price by removing some games you don't want and would check game prices at VGPC.. 8)

Although, if you like all the games bundled with it and condition is decent then good for it!!

If that import cart you're mentioning isn't a 4-in-1, I'd try to haggle him down to the $60-$70 range.

That is a great deal. Saturn Bomberman alone cost more than $80. Check amazon and ebay and you will see what I mean. Not to mention nights and controller are sold for over 40 all the time. if you do not like thoese games sell them and you will make your $80 back.

I think it's a good deal, if the games are in good condition anyway. Both Dragon Ball Z games are nice (the first one is Japan-only iirc), Saturn Bomberman and Virtua Fighter 2 are AWESOME, Nights with 3d controller and Virtua Cop with gun are a must. I'd go for it.

Exactly. How could this not be a good deal, monetarily speaking?

That's a good price and you said it's a friend so you know if somethings wrong later on you could always go back because ... you know where he sleeps.
