What was the tier that got the free game and do you think if I pledge now I can get the 8-bit game too?
I had to go digging as their own site/kickstarter say nothing. I found on the last line of one news story -- Must back over the $28 level (ie: $60 Backer Digital or Physical release) would do it. So if you already were going to buy the physical version or the digital physical like (with a d/l waiver only) version then you could consider it a $10 discount with a game attached to it.

Thanks.
Since I don't have a Switch, XboxONE or PS4 I think I'll buy both the 8-bit and the full game at $30 and $10 on Steam instead of backing the game at $60.
Unless the Steam version will not have a retail price of $28 like the Kickstarter version.

It'll be on GoG too, so you could if you want physical but not to pay up for it buy it there, then make your own disc, case, and art for it in a spare you may have. :)

I'll do the same, I have no interest in wasting money so I could get the 8bit wannabe for $10 and the real game later for $30 (or less, sales and stuff every quarter.)

So it got to 11pm my time and I still hadn't received a code, so I thought I'd google to see if anyone else is still waiting and it turns out that, despite the prequel game being out to buy, codes for backers who chose a console version have been delayed until an unknown date.

Where was this posted though? Someone on reddit said they received an email. I can't see an email anywhere in my inbox notifying me of that. I even searched and I haven't received an email since telling me to complete the survey.

Edit: Ah, so it's a KS update.

Edit 2: If you go to your survey link, there's a temporary steam key to tide you over until you get your console code.

Kinda hope the Switch version drops soon. Until then, Steam will do.

Waiting on my backer code... I wasn't very clear about that.

Bought Curse of the Moon and I'm really digging it. Really reminds me a lot of Castlevania 3 (my favorite in the series). Good job Inti Creates! :)

I hope we don't have to wait too long for codes... The Facebook page seemed to indirectly blame Curse of the Moon's publisher in a comment (Ritual of the Night has a different publisher). Regardless, I'm not super pissed or anything. People need to understand that sometimes these things happen. It's just it's a bank holiday weekend here in the UK (we have Monday off work), so I was looking forward to playing the game.
