Wasteland is the best of this bunch. 
Monster high is the weakest of the lot. The googly eyes look perfectly normal and bland on those characters.

Street Fighter, as a series, has gotten so goofy and ridiculous as a series (not the characters so much as the releases) that that one's just too perfect.
