They bought Koch Media which owned Deep Silver. Prety nuts as Deep Silver bought a bunch of THQ IPs when the original went under. Man THQ Nordic is really starting to rise in the ranks.

So a rich guy bought up all the thq stuff after it went kaput and opened a new studio called thq Nordic. He now bought up the publishing company that had what was left of the old thq... and more. This guy must really love thq

Business, as usual, most likely.

As long as it doesn't affect Shenmue 3, then I won't have to go crazy.

But seriously, could it affect it? Because it would really suck if it has a negative impact :(

Doubtful. That's a contract already signed. All this more likely means is more games. THQ and Deep Silver like bringing out physical games of smaller games on top of bigger budget stuff. The game I think it most likely impacts is the future of Dead island.
