So, is Sega involved with developing the new PG titles?

Madworld got great reviews and Bayonetta looks to do the same, but is Sega involved with the development of these games at all, or are they just publishing them?

Sega published.

Both games are developed by Platinum Games who have many key members from Clover working for them.
