So what do we do if one of these TR polls ends up in a tie?

My suggestion is the TR curator for that particular poll makes the final call.

I think that would make sense given the whole Curator role, yeah.

I reckon give it a week maybe to give people time to start on Noise's theme before we ask them to think about the next one?

Yeah, I don't want to "steal thunder". But I do want to give folks at least a week to vote, as well as give folks time to find games to play for March, before March starts. I think the second week of March February WHERE ARE YOU BRAIN?! sounds right. I'll try to post March's TR voting poll on 3/5 2/5 WHERE!?

I'm definitely looking forward to February's theme. I've got some FF spin-offs picked out and ready to go!

Yep, I've already got my title picked out, too. And I've started a bit early to get to where I've always quit in the past (which is quite early, by the way).

It's Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest. Will this be the year I finally finish it? Fingers crossed!

I'll be tackling Mystic Quest, Legend, and if I'm feeling daring, maybe Explorers and/or Tactics Advance.

Damn you guys are ambitious. I'm shooting for one game: The Final Fantasy Legend.

I will refocus on my playthrough of the Final Fantasy Legend II remake on DS, Saga 2: Hihou Densetsu. It came out in 2009, but all the underlying systems pretty much replicate the original FFL2. I've been using monster charts from FFL2 to help with evolutions and they've been working perfectly.
