I used to live in Wales and have Welsh friends. Got a clip of the bit you're on about you can share? I'll try and translate :P

Anyone here attempt that Xonic game at all? I'm curious if it's just insanely too hard watching the stuff fly by/patterns on youtube or if it's fairly do-able on the switch layout.

Sadly can't find one of that specific thing. She justs say it anytime you fast travel. Seen people online not sure if she says and will you. Just a myriad of what people think she is saying. I want to think she is saying and we're here as it makes sense but it sounds like you or "uya"

Damn, now you got me curious haha. I kinda wish I had the game to just see which bit you're talking about and if I can understand her.

I'm still trying to farm for Kos Mos 150+ hours later. Some people got Kos at the beginning of the game. ugh, it's so damn frustrating. It's just an in-game loot box and I hate it. HATE IT! Why can't I just earn them and not rely on chance? I had 2 legendary cores 4 rare and 60 Common I saved up for one sitting and got my luck up and some boosters and in all of that, they were all common blades. WTF!? The game is great but there are things I would change.

I've used hundreds of rare and legendary core crystals to get my last two. One of which is KOS-MOS. The RNG is not kind when you have very few rare blades left.

I haven't played it on the Switch yet, but I played through it on the Vita (Basically cleared every song and challenge other than the last tier).

I imagine most videos are showing off the harder modes, which are most definitely difficult. But probably 2/3rds of the game is very approachable, and will improve your skills enough that the last 3rd (aside a few ridiculous missions) don't seem too ridiculous.

If you are familiar with other music games, I'd put it on par with something like DJ Max or Amplitude. It never gets Beatmania hard (Hell, it never gets as hard as Beatmania's easy stuff!), but its still challenging. Also, its a really, really good and unique music game, so I'd highly recommend it.

Well I don't recall if I ever played Amplitude, that's that PS2 game isn't it, a sequel to Frequency which I do remember liking like 15 years ago. I've tried out Beatmania on the GBC among others and thoroughly hated it as I couldn't keep up with it at all as it's just too cracked out. DDR I can deal with on a controller fine for easy and medium mode. Gitaroo Man was more my thing and I could A/S rank the game through easy/medium and some of that on hard too. Outside that I don't bother much with it, did have Guitar Hero 3 due to the tracks (beatles on wii too) and again using that guitar could nail down easy/medium. Handheld side though beatmania was it and then Hatsune Miku and the FF music games on 3DS too and I did ok with those but none of that plays all that similarly.

I've got this $100 visa gift card that dies in a little over a week. I'm trying to figure out what to use it on. Xonic crossed my mind as it looks interesting. Hell I might even consider Sonic Forces since it seems to be hated far less than anything else from the blue blunder since the 2D 90s days aside from maybe the original Sonic Adventure. Also hoping if it just falls into place I'm watching some japanese GB Light auctions too but that's a long shot.

Been playing a ton of Golf Story. It's great, humor tickles, and the golfiness is to 11.
