myself- i'd take two if they were priced under a hundred. Trying to get a set of decent sticks for saturn or dreamcast is a pain in the ass.TFA wrote:Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram Ver. 5.66 is coming to Xbox Live Arcade this spring. Great news, but fans of the series probably want to play the game with a twin stick controller. Sega hears you.
In an official post the development team discusses a peripheral, but they don’t exactly announce it. They mention tinkering with key assignments and manufacturing costs which sounds like a prototype Xbox 360 twin stick controller is sitting on someone’s desk. However, the device is said to be rather expensive and it’s possible that the accessory could not make it to market. How much would you pay for a set of Xbox 360 Virtual On sticks?
twin sticks for the xbla virtua on? maybe.

Yeah, I guess it's about time for next-gen systems to get a twin stick...

I just read about this over at joystiq. I still need to get my hands on the Saturn twin sticks. Strangely I'll probably try to do that before even contemplating going in for the 360 version, should it be made.

How awesome would this be? VOOT sells well, Sega then announces the release of not only the twin sticks, but a new VO game (and something good, not like Marz).

ugh. Not hearing anything about marz, i saw it in a used bin and flipped. I love the series and the thought of a whole game i missed was really exciting. When i got home it was just one dissapointment after another. That game ruined my day.MrPopo wrote:How awesome would this be? If this stops people ripping apart Dreamcast and Saturn twin sticks to make them into 360 mods, then good good!
