Just started Nioh. As a fan of Ninja Gaiden, I am really digging it so far. I'm progressing slowly and grinding up some Soul Levels now. So far I can see the Souls influence big time, but this is definitely a great spin on some of the mechanics and stands as much in the "Character-Action" arena (What a vague name for a game genre) as in the "Souls-Like" category. So far the normal enemies aren't as tough as I had thought they'd be, but I'm sure that will change soon.

Just crossed the 100 hour mark in Youkai Watch 3. Safe to say I REALLY like this game. I haven't even finished the story yet. I've just been DOING stuff that long, not to mention that the main story is also just quite long.

Does the Japanese version have an English option? Or do you read Japanese fluently?

Dark Savior. I love this game but the intro section SUCKS! Isometric platforming is garbage! I do enjoy the game but parts of it frustrate me. I see why I put it down for a year. (had to start over since old SS is dead.)

My battery seems to die so often that I religiously back up to my AR.

I'm about at the end of Blue Reflection on PS4, and I'm still chugging away through Doom on Switch in my spare time. Once I finish Blue Reflection tonight, I'll be starting Star Wars: Battlefront 2's single player on Xbox One.

Waiting for Blue Reflection to go down in price. Looks fun.

Unfortunately, this isn't like more recent Pokemons where everywhere gets a full-language option. I don't think this game exists outside of a Japanese language-version at the moment :( . While I wouldn't go as far to say I read Japanese fluently, there's still grammars or words I don't know that pop up often enough, but I know more than enough to get the full gist of what's going on. I REALLY hope it comes out in America before Nintendo abandons the 3DS though! I really want my English-speaking friends to have a crack at this <3 . This is, without a doubt, the first Youkai Watch I can recommend with absolutely no reservations. THIS is the juggernaut that will give Pokemon a run for its money not just thematically but mechanically. To me, the revamped battle system that incorporates so many elements from the Dynasty Warriors Tactics crossover really shows just how dated Pokemon's battle system is.

Trails of Cold Steel. Picked it back up after a year hiatus but probably be sidetracked again soon, however.

Final Fantasy XII: Zodiac age. Same story as above.
