No. Just typically with fighting games and ESP with Never Realm 1 year after release they release a retail disc with all the DLC on the disc free unlocked.

I honestly don't know if the official name is going to be "game of the year edition" or "ultimate edition" or "super deluxe platinum plus orgasm edition." I just know that I'm a cheapskate, and if I wait long enough to purchase the game, then I will get the dlc for free.
