Season pass for Deus ex is on sale with plus right now on PS4. Gamestop has one year of plus for 39.99 right now also.

Mankind Divided is pretty good. The story isn't as good as Human Revolution but the gameplay is much better. Played through it twice in just the 3 weeks I've had it.

The most recent game I bought was Zwei: The Ilvard Insurrection off GOG for $26.99.
Totally worth the money so far.

I probably won't get to this soon enough to make it worthwhile, but thanks for the heads up! (I'd probably consider it if I were keeping up with PS Plus, but I let that drop and don't really have any impetus right now to renew.)

I bought Destruction Derby 64 for the Nintendo 64!

I bought this game as a celebration of leaving my job of 10 years several months ago. I finally got around to adding it and boy how things have changed! This is a game that I love to play at my friend's house and I had to get a copy of my own. I always loved the Destruction Derby series and this one was a real treat to play. It took me a little while to find it, but I'm glad I did and I'm so happy to be starting my own copy!

Destruction Derby 64 is above average, certainly. Guess who made it? Looking Glass Studios. The same studio that produced Ultima Underworld II, System Shock, and Thief: The Dark Project (greatest game ever). They also handled the Command & Conquer port to N64.

I got a little behind in my updates the last couple months. Bought more than I planned, but not as much as I thought. Most of it was Limited Run purchases, but I did find a couple nice surprises. Bucking what I hear to be the typical thrifty trend around here, my favorite thrift store got in a few nice Genesis games. They we complete and only a dollar, and I was very happy. Then Gamestop had a copy of Metroid Prime Trilogy, which isn't really all that unusual, as I've seen copies before. But what made this one special was that it was still in the original metal case, not one of the reprinted, plastic ones. I couldn't help myself.

The GBA Video purchase was out of curiosity. It's still in its original box with paperwork and headphones and I'm curious to see what this thing could possibly look like on the tiny GBA screen (my guess is pretty bad.)

Also, if you couldn't tell, I finally got a decent laptop that doesn't date back to 2004. In other words, I immediately got a GOG account and went mad with power. Somebody send help.

Nice haul Michi. I didn't know the steel case was rare, glad I have it too hehe.

I can't remember if Battletoads Double Dragon was good or not.

Samus Returns ruled and Suikoden III rocks.

I guess for my own update, I got Cuphead today and started that. Seems awesome, my Contra training this year will come in handy here.
