so...the rule is if no one guesses it in 24 hours then just anyone can post another? That kind of kills the fun of digging something up/figuring something out to earn the right to post...

Given the relatively glacial pace of the forums, maybe we can make it so that if the game isn't guessed after like 3 days then the person who posted the stumper has to post something else?

I'd rather you do it since you won stumping people. I'd want to say it's something screwball like some Amiga etc game like James Pond which did have a snowman and a submarine in it, but that doesn't look like a fit.

The 24-hour rule is to keep the topic going and not stall out. 3 days is long enough to get buried. Most the time a game is guessed within the time limit. Esp if a good hint is given. If it does fail you can always try and guess the next one and go again. No rule against trying the same game again.

^^ You're right that is Top Hunter, I'm 100% positive it is. One of the neo-geo games I own too and it's kind of obscure but a whole lot of fun. The skull and crossbones are the give away.

About 15min into it you can find the snowmen and sub.
