New Gamestop Sale worth checking out

All you have to do is buy the game alone & whoever's ringing you out goes in the back and grabs a wired X-plorer guitar. The GH Aerosmith bundles with the wireless Les Paul guitar are not on sale.

So, that would only be for the 360 version? No guitar with the Wii version? I ask just because that's what I have Guitar Hero 3 for and thought the second guitar would be handy for either game.

Edit: Yes, you can do it online, but MGS Collection is sold out - maybe I'll get Persona 3 and RE Essentials.

I got the GH:A+free guitar this afternoon. Crazy deal! In fact, m roommate went out a little later and did the same thing, so now we have 2 guitars.

Now I'm curious about the whole free guitar thing, does it apply to the PS2 version? I guess I'll be calling my local gamestop.

Nope, should be 360 only (as it's the only system with the x-plorer.) They're moving these things cheap probably because there are so many of them. Hell, Toysrus.com has them for $8 shipped.

Looks like I will be heading to my local Gamestop tomorrow to pick up some more games..... I am on pace for buying about 9 PS3 games in the last 2 months... some of my games haven't came out of the packaging..... I'm definitely gonna be gaming my ass off for the next few weeks.
