Xbox Modding HELP!!!

I'm currently modding my trusty old xbox. I've modded it... but in desperate need for a vga box. theres a few on ebay which most look lousy with them just up scaling the 480i signal or the ones that to me look like they will output 720p to my monitor wont ship to the UK!!! no matter how much I plead

is there anywhere anyone knows where I can get one online?
