What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Aw, I thought he had a "come to Jesus" moment.

(Modding a Saturn is totally worth it, though.)

In the gaming community, Saturn modding is about as close to a religious experience as you can get.

That was actually my first solder job back in the day. Talk about jumping right into the fire... that pin on the QFP is pretty tight! Still, it worked quite well until last year, when the chip finally decided to die on me. Replaced it with the universal mod kit, which isn't nearly as pretty, but it still works like a charm.

I do need to look at installing Pseudo Saturn Kai on that GameShark I've got laying around as a backup solution.

Smile! I got to check out Bone's rad collection last night and play PSO for about 3 hours. It was great!

I think I'm going to tell my friends we need to run some PSO. That would be awesome.

I do. I may not have a god, but I do have four goddesses.
