I've moved a few threads in there. If you know of any others that would be good, lemme know.

This. My tastes have diverted from console and portable games for the most part.aaron wrote:an arcade forum would likely get me to post a bit more.
Edit: I'll add that mjmjr25 had some good threads for an arcade sub-section. PGM and CPS2 price guides, for two.
Re: Time for an Arcade Forum Category?
I don't think the forums need much modification, but this is a nice addition.
Re: Time for an Arcade Forum Category?
Sadly mjmjr is gone due to well, stuff... I think he would have been an asset to that area.
I've moved more in that direction. Most the stuff I've sold off, if it went back into gaming it has went into MVS carts I'd normally struggle to purchase. And with that it also inspired me to finally pick up its little brother again too the NGPC which is a blast to mess with as well.

yeah i quit buying most console stuff save for current gen and steam. almost all of my gaming money these days is spent on arcade repairs and pinball machines.Tanooki wrote:I've moved more in that direction. i would like to get my PS2 and Wii projects finished; i've been sitting on those for a long time. maybe someday.

Re: Time for an Arcade Forum Category?
Due to someone with a mouth and a temper elsewhere off site it got me looking back.
I'm fairly certain I haven't bought a NES or SNES game in like 5 years, and I think other than one exception that would be correct.
I got tired of it, you've seen my sales thread. Consistently me dumping off consoles, their games, games from systems I won't dump too. I've even picked up 2 flash kits in the last 90 days (Super EDv2+DSP and NGPC SD Kit.) I'd rather more or less keep what I bought/got in the 80s and 90s and leave it at that outside of a slim few exceptions. Don't need a wall of stuff to make me happy, prices sure don't either, so a kit looks far better.
With that I've vented my hunt into SNK MVS and NGPC stuff mainly, also Gameboy branded stuff here and there, that's it.
