So yes, your method is one of many ways to handle the situation but there were a lot more. Did you know that if you climbed the highest point in the plateau while using your method, the old man will be there and compliment you and give you the warm doublet that you can wear to stay warm?

You can get that same piece of armor by going to the old man's cabin, reading his journal and learning about a recipe you need to make for him and he will reward you with the doublet.

ANOTHER way to handle the warmer climates is to light a torch. The heat from it will be just enough and, if you can across enemies, you can drop the torch to create an area of effect of earth around you.

And trust me.... the game is full of this.

wow. I read his journal but just took it as "oh this is a recipe that it's teaching me." That's cool.

That's pretty awesome. In my mind I thought of a torch but figured that it'd be no good if enemies came at me, bro. So good to know that there is an option for that as well.

Don't forget fire based weapons when equipped will do the same thing. Same goes for ice based weapons in desert environments. Now that's some level of detail!

caster, noise has barely touched the game... he wouldn't have come across that stuff. Let's go light on that sort of detail so that he can experience this stuff fresh. It is rare for a person to come in to such a huge phenomenon with little info.

No it's totally okay! There is nothing wrong with being super enthusiastic about one of the best games ever.

By the way since Street Fighter came up, a twitter burst came out from a Capcom employee related to the release -- sold over 450K copies in the quarter it came out (so not even over a whole 90 days) and Capcom was floored it did so well so now they're planning to supposedly do many more Switch projects since it appears there's interest in their goods.

I'd imagine if this wasn't Capcom bait and switch smoke blowing maybe MML2 and Disney Afternoon is looking more likely now among who knows what else.
